Head Airflow 5 OS Unstrung Tennis Racquet

  • 109 inch Headsize
  • Dynamic bridge contruction.

Product Description
The Head Airflow 5 CrossBow is part of an all new update to the women-oriented Head Airflow line, incorporating revolutionary new CrossBow technology. The CrossBow racquet line represents the introduction of the world’s first racquet line with dynamic bridge contruction. The bridge is suspended from the frame and moves independently which allows the racquet to store energy in both the stringbed and the bridge. The CrossBow concept acts like a spring or a bow that is loaded during ball impact. This energy is unleashed in every shot providing incredible power. CrossBow also enlarges the sweetspot thanks to the 10 main strings going through the dynamic bridge.

The Airflow 5 CrossBow continues the use of an ergonomic handle that is thinner at the top and thicker at the bottom to best fit the anatomical structure of a woman’s hand, reducing twist and torque for more comfort and less strain on the arm. The light weight and near-even balance specifications of all Airflow racquets ensure outstanding maneuverability.

The latest Airflow series of racquets also utilizes Head’s new InteGrip technology. This system uses a newly developed dampening material that fits between two brushed aluminum connectors and the shaft, providing vibration reduction and enhanced comfort.

With a 109 square inch headsize, 9.80 ounce strung weight and 296 swingweight, the Airflow 5 CrossBow is an outstanding choice for the female player seeking maneuverable, yet controlled power and comfort.
